Noury Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Noury, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Noury Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using Noury.

Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement and its purchase, subscription, and refund rules may also apply.

2. Service and eligibility

Noury is a tool for tracking food, nutrition, weight, and activity trends. Features may include AI food recognition, logs and reports, Apple Health integration, cross-device sync, and Noury Pro benefits. Availability depends on the current app version, purchase screen, system permissions, and region.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. Users below the local age of independent consent should use Noury only after a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to them.

3. AI recognition and health notice

Food recognition is assisted by third-party AI services. Before use, Noury explains how the selected photo or text will be processed; see the Privacy Policy.

Review results before saving. Noury is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services. Seek qualified professional advice for allergies, medical diets, pregnancy, children's nutrition, eating disorders, or other high-risk decisions; contact local emergency services in an emergency.

4. Your content

You retain any rights you hold in meal photos, descriptions, and records you submit. You permit Noury to process that content as necessary to provide recognition, storage, sync, and support. This permission is non-exclusive and does not allow advertising use.

You must have the right to submit the content and must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or irrelevant sensitive personal information.

5. Noury Pro subscriptions

Noury Pro may renew automatically on a monthly, annual, or other cycle. The App Store purchase screen shows price, period, trial if any, and benefits. Benefits may include higher AI usage quotas, cross-device sync, and other listed features; they do not represent the purchase of additional cloud-storage capacity.

• Apple processes payment and renewal through your Apple Account.
• Unless cancelled within Apple's required period, the subscription renews under the purchase-screen terms.
• Cancellation normally stops the next period; paid benefits generally remain until the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings and restore purchases in Noury.
• Apple handles refunds under its policies and applicable consumer law.

6. Apple Health, sync, and third-party platforms

Related features depend on Apple's systems, account, permissions, network, and service availability. You may decline or withdraw permission, but dependent features may stop working. Disabling sync does not automatically delete on-device or cloud data; see the app settings and Privacy Policy.

Apple, Alibaba Cloud, RevenueCat, and the legal-site host apply their own terms and policies.

7. Acceptable use

You may not bypass membership, quota, or security checks; use automated requests to disrupt the service; attack infrastructure; obtain secrets; distribute malicious code; probe other users' data; or use Noury for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activity.

Noury may limit abnormal requests or suspend related access to protect users and the service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Noury reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Networks, third-party services, maintenance, security events, or legal requirements may delay, limit, or temporarily disable features.

Noury may improve, add, replace, or stop features. If a paid core benefit materially changes, we will provide reasonable notice and follow Apple rules and applicable law. Do not use Noury as the sole copy of medical records or other important data.

9. Intellectual property

Except for your content and third-party materials, rights in Noury's software, interface, brand, text, graphics, and service design belong to the Noury developer or applicable rights holders. You receive only a limited license for normal personal use while complying with these terms.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Noury is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that AI estimates are completely accurate, the service is uninterrupted, or it is suitable for your particular health circumstances.

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using or uninstall Noury at any time and cancel subscriptions under Apple's rules. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel a subscription or necessarily delete cloud, keychain, or legally retained data.

Noury may reasonably restrict or terminate service if you seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, attack the service, or create a security risk.

12. Updates and disputes

We may update these terms as features, subscriptions, providers, or laws change and will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate method where reasonable.

If a dispute occurs, contact us first and attempt to resolve it. These terms do not restrict your right to apply to a competent authority.
